Let’s have a chat about your medical history, exercise history and your short and long term goals. I’ll also do a movement screen for a baseline, so make sure to wear workout clothing and have your water handy.

After you complete a questionnaire that I send to you through ProCoach, you and I will collaborate on a personalized nutrition and lifestyle action plan. This will give you the confidence to know what to prioritize next and help us create a program together.
