  • Definitely! All that I would need is a time that works for you in your time zone (check calendar) and that you have good wifi connection.

  • Nope! No contracts or memberships. The only cost is the session rate after the initial consultation is done.

  • If requested, I can send a workout or 1-4 week program with exercises that I feel confident that you can do on your own. I want to make these exercises work for your body and that you have proper technique while doing it.
