My name is Katia Kuznetsova and I am a personal trainer, corrective exercise practitioner, nutritionist and someone who has a true passion for helping others. I have been in the fitness industry for over 10 years and have helped people of all ages (14-80 years old) perform better in their sport, move without compensation, feel stronger and improve their body composition.
I have a wide range of experience and education that shaped the type of trainer that I am today. It is important to me that I give you all of the tools to become successful, feel your absolute best and be able to reach your wildest goals and dreams.
